My name is Nonkululeko Mkhize and I am currently pursing a Master of Social Sciences (Social Work) qualification at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. The topic of my study concerns Exploring the Perceptions of Employees at the University of KwaZulu-Natal towards the Employee Assistance Programme. The findings will enable EAP practitioners to improve practice guidelines in ensuring that services provided are in line with the needs of services users.
