 Suicidality and suicide thoughts

Suicide, taking your own life, is a tragic reaction to stressful life situations and is all the more tragic because suicide can be prevented.

Whether you have considered suicide, know someone who feels suicidal, or have lost someone from suicide, learn suicide warning signs and how to reach out for immediate help, learn to deal with a loss by suicide and about what professionals say.

Join me for this very sensitive, intimate talk about our innermost thoughts and experiences of suicidality.
