My name is Siphamandla Handsome Nyathikazi, A fulltime staff member at the University of KwaZulu Natal in  Information & Communication Services (ICS) Department.


I am a student at Durban University of Technology (DUT) doing research for my degree in Master of Information and Communications Technology and I would like to invite you to participate in the research as explained above. My Supervisor is Dr S. Parbanath, and the title of my research study is: The adoption of E-Learning as a remote teaching and learning methodology in the tertiary institutions during covid-19: A case study of the University of KwaZulu Natal.


The study will be based at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and its focus will be investigating whether the academics (Lecturers) were ready for the adoption of E-Learning as a remote teaching and learning methodology in the University of KwaZulu Natal during covid-19.


The survey is accessible online, on this link please click HERE to complete the survey, and only Professors/Associate Professors, Senior & Junior Lecturers are requested to participate in this survey. The survey is completely anonymous and confidential. The data collected will be used only for the purpose of the research.
