Your wellbeing, personal development and academic success are important to us.  The CLMS Student Support Services team remains committed to providing you with comprehensive online support through this challenging transition due to COVID19. 

Our services include free online professional counselling, interactive group sessions and psycho-educational tools to help you achieve your success. 

Take a look at our CLMS SSS website: https"clmsstudentsupport.ukzn.ac.za”  You can download a variety of resources, including our many resources audios, to help you manage anxiety, procrastination or difficult relationships.  You can also read through our interesting blogs that you may want to comment on.  We will be uploading some exciting videos on mental health onto our CLMS Facebook page and the website.

You can access free, confidential online counselling with our professional and caring team of Student Counsellors.  Our Career Development Officer is available to provide you with career-related advice.  Please find a list of FAQ's to help you understand the counselling process and how to access the services.

Please find attached an updated schedule of our interactive group sessions for July 2020.  If you are feeling alone or stressed or anxious, join one of our group sessions. It will provide you with a space to connect meaningfully with other students who share similar challenges and a way forward.
