Research Title: The perceptions of the link between knowledge sharing and management development in the South African workplace.
Research Description:
This study will seek to address the link between
knowledge sharing and management development by seeking to uncover the
perceptions and understanding of these two concepts and if they perceive the
two to be linked. The study will focus on managers from every level of the
organization, to gain a well-rounded understanding of managers’ perceptions.
The findings of the study will contribute towards the improvement of management
development programmes.
