Interlibrary Loans: migration from Sabinet ReQuest to WorldShare ILL

The current Sabinet ReQuest module for Interlibrary Loans will close at the end of December 2017.    UKZN Libraries will be using the WorldShare Interlibrary Loans module from January 2018.  WorldShare ILL connects you to thousands of Libraries whose entire collections can be viewed in WorldCat.

You are encouraged to return all your interlibrary loan items by the due date to the Libraries.  The due date for all items borrowed this year is 30th November 2017. 

If you still require the item, please contact the Library and it will be re-issued on the WorldShare module.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
