Critical Times, Critical Race is hosting its annual Steve Biko seminar.

Our guest speaker this year is Jackie Shandu is a Black Consciousness scholar and revolutionary.  He works in the areas of Black Consciousness, Pan Africanism, Critical Race Theory and Africana Philosophy and of most recently, Black Men's Studies.  He was part of the team that founded the EFF and was the Deputy Chairperson of the KZN branch and also worked as a researcher for the larger structure.  A former postgraduate of UKZN, and who insists that he is returning to complete further studies, he is currently a political analyst for ANN7.

Time: 12:20pm - 2pm

Venue: S4, Desmond Clarence Building, Science Block, Howard College 

The event will also have a question and answer session and will be moderated by Prof. Rozena Maart.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
