Big P Communications invites two 3rd year students who would like to take this opportunity to join our team of professionals in App Development and Website Design. The selected two students will work part time at the UKZN premises they will communicate with the project manager on a daily bases vie email, telephone and direct contact. Closing Date 25 March 2017.

Duties:
- Maintain information technology strategies, researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
- Develop Mobile Applications.
- Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Directs technological research by studying organisation goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetable with user departments and data center.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audit of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structure.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies. And procedures by evaluating organisation outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
