DEADLINE TO SUBMIT 1ST SEMESTER 2016 MODULE EVALUATIONS TO QPA
TO ALL MEMBERS OF ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
In the document on “Principles and Procedures for Student Feedback on Teaching Quality” paragraph 6.1.5. states:
“The manual independently administered evaluations should be sent to QPA within FIVE working days from the date of it being administered and they should not be handled by the academic(s) concerned with teaching of module being evaluated.”
In line with this, the deadline to send all 2016 1st Semester module evaluations to QPA is FRIDAY, 3TH JUNE 2016. QPA will NOT accept any module evaluations after this date.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Module evaluations should have a completed cover sheet which is available from QPA or on the QPA website. Completed evaluations should be sent to Ms R Chunder, QPA, Innovation Centre., Gate 9, Rick Turner Road.
- Only ONE lecturer per questionnaire, if there are multiple lecturers on a questionnaire, it will be sent back.
- All lecturers MUST have the UKZN login address, no outside email address will be accepted
- Only the compulsory questionnaire should be used. No additional questions to be added. However if the module does not have tutorials/practicals please do not put these questions in the questionnaire
