An Alexander Forbes consultant will be on site at the various campuses on the following dates to provide one-on-one financial advice to members:

If you require investment advice, are thinking of switching portfolios (for those over age 53), are going to be leaving service and wish to discuss preservation options for your Fund benefit, think that you require additional life or disability insurance cover, or want to have a will drafted, assistance can be provided. The consultant will not be able to assist you with debt counselling.
To secure an appointment, please complete the attached letter of authority and return it via email to Serita Chetty on chettyse@aforbes.co.za (telephone 031-573 8031) at least three days before the consultation date. In your email please provide your name, staff number, all your contact details, and the date/campus on which you require an appointment.
Once your signed Letter of Authority has been received, you will receive confirmation of your appointment time and the venue details.
Consultations are available in English and Zulu.
There will be no cost for the consultation, but should you fail to keep your appointment you will be billed for the costs involved.
Retirement Planning Advice
If you are over 58 years old, or are eligible for retirement and planning to retire in less than two years, you may request a meeting with a retirement planning consultation by completing and emailing the attached Letter of Authority form to Ravina Harypursat at HarypursatR@aforbes.co.za, with your staff number, contact and campus details. You will be contacted to set up an appointment.
Consultations are available in English and Zulu.
