Dear Student and Facility Management Employees,


I am currently conducting doctoral research with the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) on the role of spiritual leadership as a catalyst for employee performance within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.


I would greatly appreciate your participation in a short, confidential survey.


Your insights will contribute to advancing understanding of leadership practices and their impact on employee performance in FM organisations.

  • Who can participate: FM professionals (managers, supervisors, and staff)
  • Time required: Approximately 15 minutes
  • Confidentiality: All responses are anonymous and used strictly for academic purposes
  • Ethics approval: This study has received formal ethical clearance from UKZN

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will need to login in order to place a notice.
