Dear respondents,

My name is Ramokone Mildred Sekwakwa. I am a PhD candidate at the University of South Africa, Department of Information Science under supervision of Professor MA Dikotla and Dr MW Rammutloa from UNISA, Pretoria Campus.

You are invited to participate in a research study titled Influence of Research incentives on knowledge sharing among academic staff in selected Library and Information Science Schools in South Africa”.

Who can participate?

University research officers who are involved in managing research incentives (director of research, research development manager, school research coordinator, research grant administrator).

The purpose of this study is to investigate how research incentives influence knowledge-sharing practices among Library and Information Science (LIS) academic staff in selected universities in South Africa, with the aim of developing strategies that can support LIS schools in promoting knowledge sharing and improving research productivity.

The study will involve a semi-structured interview with research officers via Microsoft Teams/Zoom.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?
