To all UKZN Library Staff

I hope this message finds you well. This is a gentle reminder to complete the questionnaire for my PhD study. If you have already completed it, thank you very much for your participation. If not, please take a moment to fill it out at your earliest convenience. The title of my study is “Framework for Managing Library Staff in Public Higher Education Institutions in KwaZulu-Natal.” I would greatly appreciate your participation by completing the questionnaire using the following link:

Please note that participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and your responses are strictly confidential. I have attached gatekeeper permission to conduct the study at UKZN, a letter of information and a consent form. The survey should take you approximately 8-10 minutes to complete.

Once again, thank you in advance for your participation.

Kind regards,

Bongiwe
