The Business Rescue Unit, under the School of Commerce in the College of Law and Management Studies, invites you to a webinar highlighting the pressures facing the Business Rescue practice in turbulent economic times.

This webinar serves as a precursor to the 4th International Conference of the UKZN Business Rescue Unit on Business Resilience, Continuity and Regeneration, which will take place from 17–19 June 2026 at the Southern Sun Elangeni Maharani Hotel, South Africa. The conference is themed: Rethinking Financial Market Resilience and Business Continuity in an Era of Global Fragmentation.

The webinar will focus on Business Rescue legislation; success and failure rates in Business Rescue; prospects of Business Rescue in South Africa.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will need to login in order to place a notice.
