MINUTE-TAKING WORKSHOPS

Dear Colleagues,

Following the success of the Minute Taking workshops delivered in 2025, the training has been arranged to take place again in April 2026.

Workshop details are as follows:
  • Dates: 14, 15, 16 April 2026
  • Time: 09h00 – 16h00
  • Venue: Council Chamber, Westville Campus
  • Facilitator: Mrs Premilla Chetty (Head: Committees)
In light of the significant changes to minute-taking processes across Colleges and Schools, full-day sessions have been scheduled. The extended format allows for more comprehensive coverage and practical guidance, ensuring that all minutes are produced to the required standard.

Please confirm your attendance by 27 March 2026 via the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/mYH2ad7JTf
The registration link will prompt you to upload the following documents, which are required by the ETDP SETA:

  • Completed and signed ETDP SETA commitment form (Download the form here)
  • Certified copy of ID not older than 6 months
  • Certified copy of the highest qualification not older than 6 months
Please ensure you discuss your attendance with your line manager prior to confirming.
