CLMS SSS Presentation: Mastering Adjustment & Transition at University
Print

University can feel like a lot- whether you’re starting your first year or stepping into postgraduate studies. New expectations, new pressures, new environments… it’s normal to feel stressed, unsure, or overwhelmed.

This session will help you:

• Understand why university feels challenging (and why that’s normal)

• Make sense of stress, overthinking, and self-doubt

• Learn simple, practical tools to manage change with confidence

• Build resilience so you can stay focused, balanced, and motivated

You’ll walk away with realistic strategies you can use immediately — not just to survive university, but to feel more in control and capable while you’re here.

Come and invest in yourself — your future self will thank you.
