Dear Senate Members

This leadership survey is intended for academic leaders, directors, deans, DVCs and VC.  You are invited to voluntarily participate in leadership development research.

The research topic title: Developing a leadership development framework for public higher education institutions in KwaZulu-Natal Province.  This research study seeks to develop guidelines for an effective higher education leadership development programme.

Ethical clearance Number: HSSREC/0000/7991/2024

Your input will strengthen leadership practice across our university. Your experience will shape the next phase of leadership development. Your insights will guide decisions that affect future leaders. Your voices will influence improvements that support your work and your teams.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

Anybody can access the notice system, however you will need to login in order to place a notice.
