MANAGEMENT: LINE OF SIGHT
Dear Colleagues
Thank you for your continued participation in the
performance management process.
Please be
advised that the University will manage performance through the Line-of-Sight
method with effect from 2026. Our
service provider (Signify) will provide system training to all employees on the
performance cycle, aligned to the strategic goals of the University.
Outline of PMS

·
how
to create a PDP
In addition to
the above, Line Managers will be provided training on the use of dashboards as
well as how to populate the talent-mapping menu.
