CLMS SSS: From Awareness to Action: Help-seeking as empowering

Have you ever found yourself struggling but unsure where to turn or waiting just a bit too long to reach out? You’re not alone.
Join us for “From Awareness to Action”, an interactive workshop designed to help you recognise when to seek support, where to find it, and how to take that first confident step.

You will:

  • Explore what influences our decisions to seek help (and what holds us back).
  • Discover the campus and community resources available to you.
  • Learn how to support friends or peers in reaching out for help.
  • Build personal strategies to move from noticing a problem to taking positive action.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will need to login in order to place a notice.
