CLMS SSS: Study Skills and Wellness Workshop for Accounting Students

Join us for a collaborative workshop designed to support accounting students in mastering academic and personal success. 

This interactive session will provide practical study strategies for challenging accounting modules, including Accounting 212 (Financial Accounting), Auditing 221, and Finance 202. You’ll gain insights from Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leaders currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Accountancy, who will share effective learning techniques and ways to navigate complex course content.  First years are welcome to attend to prepare yourself for next year.  

In addition to academic guidance, the workshop will include a wellness and psychosocial support component led by the CLMS Student Development Officers, focusing on maintaining balance, confidence, and resilience during demanding academic periods.

Tailored study tips for Accounting and Finance modules 

Guidance from experienced SI Leaders 

Insights into managing academic pressure and maintaining well-being 

Opportunities to ask questions and connect with peers

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

Anybody can access the notice system, however you will need to login in order to place a notice.
