APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR CVA POST GRADUATES 2025 RITA STRONG BURSARY

The CVA wishes to encourage postgraduate studies in Visual Arts for 2025 and has therefore decided to allocate bursaries for 2025 from the Rita Strong Bequest to assist eligible applicants. Students registered for Post Graduate Programmes with the CVA, will be eligible to apply for this call.

Bursaries are granted on a competitive basis, taking into account the applicant’s academic achievements and potential to contribute to the CVA’s creative practice and research.

PLEASE NOTE:

·        This legacy has limited resources and is unable to provide full cost funding. Awards therefore offered to applicants are a contribution towards the total cost of attendance. Should a student be awarded a bursary, it is their responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient funding for the completion of their studies.

           ·          The amount of the Rita Strong Bursary awarded will be determined by available funds.

          ·          Preference will be given to applicants who are registered, or intend to register as full-  time students.

·        The submission of this application form does not guarantee the provision of a bursary. Such decisions will be made at the discretion of the Rita Strong Executive Committee and the decision will be final.
