Dear UKZN Student

We are excited to announce that applications are open for the Dell Technologies 2025 bursary program.  This bursary program is committed to investing in the development of young talent, with a primary focus on empowering youth in the ICT sector. This program aims to support students by alleviating financial barriers by providing them with access to education and enhancing their academic potential.

Who Can Apply: Undergraduate students in the fields of IT, marketing, finance or BCom general.

Application Deadline: 7th February 2025 (extended date).

Application Process

  1. Students must apply to the university, completing the application form and providing all supporting documents.
  1. The university must screen applications to send us a shortlist of those applications who are qualified against the basic criteria  (including combined household income being less than R450 000 per annum).
  1. We will vet and review all applications received from the university and reach out with any missing/ additional documentation still required.
  2. We will conduct a telephonic interview with shortlisted students.
  3. We will then inform the university of all approved applications.
  4. Approved students will receive a bursary letter and MOU.
  5. Letters of regret will be shared with each applicant directly.

 

All applications must be submitted to Mr Hlumelo Ncopo @ Ncopoh@ukzn.ac.za by 16:00 on the 7th February 2025

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
