You are invited to consider participating in an operational study that involves students' experiences of services and support within the College of Health Sciences. This survey seeks to explore your thoughts and experiences by answering a series of questions. Your feedback and suggestions will provide insights into our strong services, best practices and opportunities to improve in areas that fall short of service delivery and support.  

This study has been ethically reviewed and approved by the Registrar. Gatekeeper’s permission is granted to conduct an operational survey at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), title of your survey is: “College of Health Sciences Student Experience Survey”. Participation in this research is voluntary and you may withdraw at any stage. There are no costs incurred and no incentives or reimbursements. All data will be stored safely and no identifying data will be collected. Data will only be used for research purposes and accessible to the primary researcher. All electronic information will be stored in a password-protected computer, and data reproduced in paper format will be stored in a locked cupboard and deleted and shredded, respectively, five years after completion of the study.
