Print

Dear Staff,

We are pleased to inform you that the second Call for Proposals of the Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme (2022-2027) financed under the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe), will be published on the 31 of October on the Funding and Tender Portal of the European Commission. The Call NDICI-2024-MOBAF will be available on the Funding and Tender Portal under the section “Find Call for Proposals”, Programming Period “2021-2027”, Programme “NDICI”.

Ahead of the publication of the Call for Proposals, EACEA is organising an online information session on 15 November 2024 (09.15 – 12.30 Brussels Time). During this session, the speakers will inform participants on the Programme and its policy framework. They will also give advice on how to get prepared to submit a proposal.

The Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme is the EU’s programme to encourage international learning mobility across the African continent by providing support for consortia of African Higher Education Institutions and scholarship opportunities for African trainees, students, and staff. It is built on the positive experience of the related previous programmes, the Intra-ACP Academic Mobility Scheme (2010-2013) and Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme I-IV (2016-2020).

The action is part of the Youth Mobility for Africa flagship in the field of Education and Training under the Global Gateway Africa-Europe Investment Package and it aims to support learning opportunities and exchanges and ultimately to promote Africa as an attractive study destination.

It is managed by the European, Education, and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in cooperation with the Directorate General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA) and in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC).

The online information session will be held in English and an interpretation will be available in French. The recording and PowerPoint presentations will be made available after the event here.

The registration is compulsory with the following link. The web streaming link will be made available on the event webpage and accessible the day of the info session.
