SARAO is pleased to announce that the calls for new applications for NRF-SARAO Bachelor in Engineering Technology and Diploma in Engineering Technology Scholarships for the academic year 2025 are now open.

BEFORE completing an application template for SARAO Bachelor and Diploma in Engineering Technology Scholarship, please read the SARAO Application Guide available at https://www.sarao.ac.za/students/funding .

All eligible students MUST apply on NRF Connect at: https://nrfconnect.nrf.ac.za/. 

NB: In the application category section, applicants must select  Grants: SARAO Bachelor in Engineering Technology or SARAO Diploma in Engineering Technology.

Closing Dates for Applicants

• Each university of technology will set its own internal closing date for applications.
• Find out the closing date for the university of technology where you intend to register for your degree/diploma, and ensure you submit your application on, or before that date.
