UCDP Reminder: 2nd Series Academic Staff and Emerging Researchers Retreat

Dear Colleague,

We are excited to invite you to participate in the upcoming University Capacity Development Programme (UCDP) workshop funded by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).  A key component of the UCDP is academic staff and student development. In this regard, an important outcome articulated in UKZN’s UCDP Plan is to conduct capacity development workshops for academic staff and emerging researchers.

The upcoming capacity development workshops are Conceptualising, manuscript writing, publication submission, and Pedagogy of Supervision.

Participants who attended the workshops in July 2024 are not eligible to attend the 2nd series in September 2024

The deadline for registration is Monday 9 September 2024.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
