Supplemental Instruction (SI) Programme

ACADEMIC YEAR 2024 - SEMESTER 2

Applications are invited from students who are interested in the SI Leader position.

Modules offering SI: BIOC212, BIOC300, BIOC316, BIOL102, BIOL211, BIOL222, BIOL304, BIOL325, GENE330, MICR221, MICR304, RDNA202

Requirements

·       Must be in your 3rd year of study or above.

·       Should be a registered student in the second semester of 2024.

·       You must have achieved 65% and above in the module for which you are applying to be an SI Leader.

·       Must be confident and willing to assist others.

·       You must have 6 hours/week dedicated to SI-related work.

·       SI experience or knowledge about the principles of SI will be an advantage.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
