TENETECH KYC DATA ERROR

Attention : NSFAS Funded Students Receiving Allowances Through Tenetech

Tenetech has advised the University of the following issue that a number of students have been encountering an error message stating "profile validation error" or "KYC complete" despite not having completed the KYC process. This issue arises due to a discrepancy between updated details and the information stored in the application. Consequently, while the app may indicate registration completion, students still need to review and update their information along with submitting required documents to successfully pass the verification process.

This discrepancy is one of the primary causes for student wallets remaining inactive and details failing to align with the Home Affairs verification system. To expedite the resolution process, students will now be directed to utilize the "self-help" option prior to reaching out to support. This will facilitate quicker access to their funds.

Attached to this notice, you will find a document outlining the steps to synchronize data, enabling students to update and complete their registration process successfully.

Students who require assistance from Tenetech should use the following channels:

Toll-free line 0800 873 287

Email support@tenetech.co.za

Please see the attachment for assistance using live chat.

Kind regards
