Dear Student

I am conducting a study on the experiences of students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in South African universities. The purpose of this research is to investigate the level of inclusivity that universities around the country offer students with ASD and ADHD. You are eligible to participate in this study if you are a student living with either ASD or ADHD and are currently registered in a South African university.

The information I am looking for is the experiences of students living with these conditions regarding both their academic and social aspects of university life. Please note that your participation in this study is entirely voluntary and your identity will remain anonymous throughout the study and subsequent publications. Your participation in this study will be through an interview that will last about 20 to 40 minutes, and will he held on Microsoft Teams at your most convenient time. I will do the utmost to ensure that the interview is as comfortable and respectful to you the participant as possible. However, if you would like to participate but aren’t comfortable with being interviewed, you can fill in the questionnaire on the link below.
