The Global Essay Competition forms an integral part of the symposium, availing the opportunity for 100 selected participants to travel to Switzerland and attend the Symposium as one of the Leaders of Tomorrow.

The theme of the 2022 St. Gallen Symposium is “Collaborative Advantage” and the topic of the essay competition is “Collaborative Advantage: What Should Be Written Into a New Intergenerational Contract?”. The competition is open to any student enrolled in a graduate programme (master level or higher) and born in 1992 or later.
