Gravitex 2021: International Conference on Gravity - Theory and Experiment
Gravitex 2021: International Conference on Gravity - Theory and Experiment will be hosted by the Astrophysics Research Centre in the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Sciences from 9 to 12 August 2021.
Since Einstein first propounded his mathematical theory of relativity in the early part of the last century, substantial advances have emerged on the theoretical and observational fronts. This conference aims to unify theorists and experimentalists in the subject. The programme features 26 plenary lectures from leading international scholars in gravitational field theory. Additionally contributed full-length and flash talks will be presented on a wide range of topics in gravity. The entire programme will be online via the Zoom platform. there is no registration fee and selected talks will be uploaded on youtube for wider dissemination.
Detailed conference information, talk schedules and abstracts may be found at https://astro.ukzn.ac.za/~gravitex2021/
