The Macroeconomics Research Unit in the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance cordially invites you to participate in a virtual roundtable discussion of the 2021 National Budget with National Treasury as follows:

About the speaker:

Mr Sishi was the Acting Head of the Office of the Deputy Minister of Finance (2019 – 2020). Before that he held the position of Senior Advisor on the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 2016 to 2019.

He began his career in the public service in 2007 in the Intergovernmental Relations Division of the National Treasury, having previously worked as regional manager at ESKOM since 1998.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Rhodes University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Economic Policy from the School of African and Oriental Studies at the University of London.

We look forward to a fruitful engagement.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
