T&L COMMUNIQUÉ: INSTITUTIONAL AUDITS: CALL FOR NOMINATIONS/APPLICATIONS OF PEER ACADEMICS AS AUDIT PANEL MEMBERS

Dear Staff
The Council on Higher Education (CHE) requests universities to nominate or encourage suitable candidates to apply to be audit panel members. The requirements for the position are described in the attached Call for Nominations/Applications: HEQC Institutional Audit Panel Members.
 
Please submit all nominations/applications through an updated CV and contact details by email to Dr Sanele Nene, Senior Manager: Institutional Audits on email: Nene.S@che.ac.za

Closing date for receipt of nominations/applications:
The application process is now open; however, as the first audits are imminent, nominations/applications of candidates to participate in these must be submitted by 30 April 2021.
 
Senior academics, particularly those in positions of high responsibility, e.g. school deans and directors, are especially encouraged to apply because they will bring this experience into the academic management and leadership of UKZN and their own CVs.

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
