Dear Colleagues,
Our Creative Network Magazine is providing the
opportunities for the networks. Much growth and inspiration is in process –
students are contacting the writers and sharing their life experiences –
motivation and support..
In this volume we have submissions from students
and staff from the Universities of KwaZulu-Natal, the Free State, community, a
farewell to South African Stalwarts and advertisements. The importance
and relevance of Community Engagement for the enhancement of all persons
engaged in the project/activity is phenomenal. Student action and agency with
communities is certainly an enhancement for sustainable living and lifestyles.
In Volume 24 Innocent Muhwezi, a research student
raised issues linked to research in his creative piece. We are interested in
your response to the addition of a research engagement sector, engaging with
research issues in a creative way, in this magazine. Are you interested to
share and learn in this respect?
We receive feedback from many readers. We will
share this feedback in our next volume.
We publish our 25th Volume – a great
celebration.
We take this opportunity to thank all persons
engaged in the growth of this magazine – editors, graphic designers, School of
Education Administrators, UKZN Alumni Sector, the readers and most importantly
the writers of the creative pieces.
We are certainly sharing and growing together for
greatness. There is a call for all interested writers to join the Creative
Writing Ensemble. Contact Dr Mthembu cc
above, We thank him for coordinating this talented group of authors.
Please encourage colleagues, students and community
persons to submit to the magazine. Let us grow together in strength and
enhancement!!!
Please note, if you want to advertise upcoming
educational events etc. please send the advert to us and we will insert it.
