The Graduate School of Business and Leadership seeks to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated individual committed to research and community engagement in the field of Social Economy and Social Entrepreneurship. The successful applicant will join a specialized team of staff in the RLED unit.  The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA) sponsor the RLED Programme. This post is only available to South African citizens or permanent residents of South Africa.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (objectively measurable from CV)

 

 Team Leader

  • Relevant Master’s or doctoral degree;
  • Evidence of excellence as a researcher within the discipline;
  • Experience in the design and running of Social Entrepreneurship programmes online;
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the Coronavirus and its impact on the Economy and  Health systems.

 

 

 

Advantages:

 

·       Experience of running a business and advising SMME on operating a business.

There are no benefits attached to this appointment. Appointment to this position will be on the UKZN prevailing fixed term rates. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
