The Graduate School of Business and Leadership seeks to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated individual committed to research in the field of Economic Modeling and its application at Local Government level in KZN. The successful applicant will join a specialized team of staff in the RLED unit. The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA) sponsor the RLED Programme. This post is only available to South African citizens or permanent residents of South Africa.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (objectively measurable from CV)
Team Leader
- Relevant Masters or doctoral degree
- Comprehensive knowledge of Systems Thinking and Economic Modeling
- Experience of working with the various senior management of municipalities in KZN.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the Coronavirus and its impact on LED strategy development for municipalities in KZN.
Advantages:
· Demonstrate competence in Economic Modelling with relevant case studies.
