RNA SEQUENCING DATA ANALYSIS WORKSHOP, DURBAN, 26-28 November 2019

 

The University of KwaZulu-Natal Transdisciplinary Flagship: Afrocentric Precision Approach to Control Health Epidemics, Tuberculosis Biomarker Research group is pleased to invite you to a 3 day hands-on RNA Seq data analysis workshop to be held at the UKZN (Westville) campus. This workshop, will focus on the processing of Raw RNA Seq data to extract information that can be used for a Thesis, Dissertation or publication as well as equipping individuals with basic bioinformatics skills. The workshop is open to Post-graduate students as well as technical staff and first preferences will be given to students who are require this experience for their projects. Details of the workshop are as follows:

 

Date: 26-28 November 2019

Venue: UKZN Westville (Biological Science building Lan, 4th floor)

Time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
