Dear Staff and Students

Please be advised that the CMS facilities management office at hut 8 will not be available on their landlines from 15h00 on Tuesday the 16th April 2019 till 12h00 on Wednesday 17th April 2019 due to the team relocating to new offices.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank the university community for your patience and understanding.

The team will have limited access to emails but will be available on speed dial (cell phones) as per below mentioned list

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
