RENEWAL OF STAFF VEHICLE ACCESS PERMITS FOR 2018/2019 

Dear Colleagues

• Vehicle access permits will expire on 30 June 2018.
  
  
• Applications can be made from on campus, off campus and via your mobile phones/tablets.
  
  
• All Staff (with AD Logins) are requested to renew their vehicle access permits online by clicking on: https://traffic.ukzn.ac.za
  
  
• Application forms for University Departmental Vehicles may be accessed at the following link: http://rms.ukzn.ac.za/Forms.aspx
  
  

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

• All outstanding fines must be paid for before you can proceed with your application.
  
  
• All Staff will be required to collect their vehicle access permits from the respective ID Card & Parking Permit Office. You are required to present your UKZN Staff Card upon collection of your permit.
  
  
• Staff who subscribe to a reserved parking have until the 31 July 2018 to renew your parking permit/s. After this date, your parking space may be re-allocated.
