TO:  All Staff, Students, Associations, Organisations, and Groups at Medical School

In our attempt to try and improve and maintain the level of cleanliness in our medical school and working areas, we would be grateful if you could all kindly try and support our initiative for a clean and conducive learning spaces by abiding to the following requests:

·        Avoid placing notices/posters/flyers on the walls, doors, glass panels, inside the lifts, pillars, etc as these make the building look unsightly and leave residue on these surfaces which are sometimes difficult to remove. We have to be considerate of our cleaners who sometimes have to spend hours trying to move the sticky residues.  As of  Monday, 16 April 2018 anyone found guilty of contravening this may be fined

·        You are most welcome to make use of the noticeboards that have been provided on all the floors.

·        Worn out and stained notices will also be removed after a month

·        Let us take ownership of our Medical school and keep it clean. Extra dustbins will be provided on each floor, and let us also refrain from throwing trash on the floor.

·        We are also trying to upgrade the main entrance, library level.
