Dear fellow student,
My name is Lindani Msimango, I am a student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Pietermaritzburg, studying towards a Masters in Research Psychology. I am conducting a research study on Food Insecurity among students at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. The results of the study may assist in exploring the prevalence of food insecurity in Higher Education institutions and also in finding ways in which more awareness may be created regarding the issue of food insecurity among students. As a student at UKZN, you are therefore invited to participate in the study by completing an online questionnaire. Click here https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1tnKMk3opdso2hg2LwS2OAVtlq2_x8way8WOVmufjzMw/viewform?ts=599aceef&edit_requested=true to complete the questionnaire. When you click on the above link, you will be redirected to a site where you will be presented with further information about the study, and a consent form.
My research study has been reviewed and approved by the UKZN Human and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (HSS/0854/017M), and is being supervised by Dr Nicholas Munro (munron@ukzn.ac.za). Relevant documents (i.e., gatekeeper’s approval, ethical approval, and consent form) are attached to this notice.
Thank you
Lindani
