Organisational Psychology Masters Research (UCT): Staff Participation Requested for Brief Survey on Social Integration
Print

Good day,

I hope this finds you well.

As part of the UCT Organisational Psychology Masters Programme, I am conducting research examining the nature and measurement of social integration in workgroups in the South African context. Social integration as a psychological construct differs somewhat from the familiar dictionary definition and is broadly defined as “the degree to which an individual is psychologically linked to others in a group”.

You are invited to follow the link below should you wish to participate, which will involve completing a 5 to 10 minute-long survey:

Please note
Participation is voluntary and you are free to withdraw from the study at any point.
Your responses will be fully anonymous (i.e. you will not be asked to reveal your identity).
Any data you provide will be used for the purposes of this research only.
This research has been approved by the UCT Commerce Faculty Ethics in Research Committee.
