Requirements:
§ Good understanding of ERP or E-Governance business processes is essential.
§ Good understanding of implementation and associated processes is essential.
§ Good understanding of requirement documentation, test case documentation and testing is essential.
§ Good communication skills and user engagement skills are essential.
§ Good Analytical and Presentation are essential.
Minimum Qualification:
§ Graduation or Post-Graduation in Business Management is essential.
§ Graduation or Post Graduation in Bcom Finance /Information Systems
Key Responsibilities:
§ Implement and manage large scale ERP systems.
§ Review Business translation into detailed requirements and prepare a detailed Scoping documents in line with Business expectations.
§ To prepare the Solution documents / Business Mapping documents in conjunction with the product specialist and get the sign off from the customer.
§ Provide customer training on the solution and facilitate in customer acceptance testing and solution implementation.
§ Prepare System Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Business Use Cases.
§ Responsible for handling End User training to meet the project objectives.
