You are being invited to consider participating in a study that involves research on the relationship between internal communication and employee engagement at UKZN. The result of which would lead to suggestions of improvement to maintain and enhance UKZN internal communication systems.

The study is expected to enrol ten percent of staff population from all 5 UKZN campuses. It will involve answering a 37-question survey. The duration of your participation, if you choose to enrol and remain in the study, is expected to be 4-6 minutes.
