The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) with faculty from American University and Stanford University is proud to present:

Leaders for a Complex World: Foresight, Innovation and Leadership Programme

As CEO of the Technology Innovation Agency (Mr Barlow Manilal), it is my distinct pleasure to invite you to register for the Foresight, Innovation and Leadership programme, a six-day programme taught by Professor Ruth Zaplin, Executive-in- Residence, School of Public Affairs, at American University and Dr. Bill Cockayne, Lecturer, Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University and technology entrepreneur & executive who has held senior roles in advanced research, product development and manufacturing at Eastman Kodak, DaimlerBenz, and  Apple Computer.

This programme builds upon 50 years of Stanford research and teaching of design thinking methodologies developed at the behest of industry. The programme has been taken into the labs, offices, and research centres of organizations worldwide. American University’s School of Public Affairs (SPA) is top-ranked by US News and World Report, offering programmes to build and enhance careers in public service.

Teams of 4-5 people working on a project within the NSI would be most suitable to attend for successful implementation of the programme. The programme will be subsidised by TIA for successful teams.

Registration is online:  http://www.ildafrica.org/sign-up-form/

Successful candidates will receive a notification of acceptance to the programme.
