CMS NOTICE: USER ACCOUNT- LOCKS AND KEYS REQUESTS

Dear Staff

Please be advised that works related to either key replacement or locks being changed that are for end user account and not maintenance related will only be actioned as follows:

1. Log request

2. Supplier will provide CMS with Quote

3. CMS will verify details and interrogate quote were required, and forward to requestor

4. To progress, the requestor must scan a populated IDR to CMS and post original

5. Contractor will thereafter be appointed and usual verification processes will be effective as per works requests

This will elevate any order requests for keys and locks

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
