·         Academic Leader:  Teaching and Learning – GSBL1/2014

 

WESTVILLE CAMPUS

 

The Support Service Academic Leaders will respectively provide teaching and learning as well as research support respectively across the disciplines in the school, and will not line manage academic staff members, but will perform tasks in line with the requirements and provisions as set out in the respective job descriptions.

 

The incumbents will report to the Dean and Head of School.

 

Minimum Requirements:  

·            Doctoral degree at the level of Senior Lecturer

·            Performing at or above the norm of expectation at the level of appointment

 

Advantages:

·            Experience in general academic management and the academic leadership of the discipline of managaement and entrepreneurship for the AL (M&E)

·            Experience in academic management and the management of teaching and learning support and processes for the AL – Teaching and Learning

·            Experience in research and higer degrees management support and processes for the AL - Research and Higher Degrees
