UKZN MEPI Workshop

Biostatistical Reasoning for Health Research

UKZN MEPI together with Prof MaryLou Thompson from the Department of Biostatistics, University of Washington, invites you to attend a two week workshop on Biostatistical Reasoning for Health Research in the new year including a two day tutorial on the use of the statisitical package, STATA.

The details are as follows:

Dates:  26-29 January2015, 2-5 February 2015

Time: 9:00am-4:00pm 

There will be a full day tutorial on 30 January and a half day tutorial of the  6 February in the use of the statistical package, Stata.

Venue: Coastlands on The Ridge, 315 Peter Mokaba   Road (Ridge Road), Durban.

Please submit this form together with a letter motivation from your Head of Department, Supervisor or Line Manager approving your attendance.

This must be submited to Ms A Sevakram, sevakrama@ukzn.ac.za no later than Friday, 19th December 2014

Will I still be able to read my Notices from within my email?

In a manner of speaking yes. However you will not get the entire notice delivered to you in your email, instead you will get a daily digest which will list the subject of the notices, a short summary of each notice and hyperlinks that will take you to that notice on the web.

2. Who has access to notices?


Anybody can access the notice system, however you will not be able to place notices from off-campus.
