The School is seeking a conscientious, flexible and energetic administrator to supervise the Administration function and campus student administrators.  The incumbent will be expected to administer  the examination process in the School, service School committees, administer and maintain the appointment/renewal of Honorary Staff database, administer the annual SAMIS and IRMA input as necessary, liaise with College Student Administration office regarding student matters, capture and maintain mark records on SMS, collate DP marks and assist with DP refusal/appeal process, liaise with staff, students and members of the public, and provide general teaching administrative support to the Academics and Management Staff, in particular the Academic Leader Teaching and Learning  within the School.

The incumbent will report to the Manager of School Operations

Minimum Requirements :

·       Matric plus one year relevant qualification and three years relevant experience in a similar environment.

·       Experience in the use of Student Management System (SMS) or equivalent

·       Sound experience in minute taking and letter writing.

·       Experience in word processing and sound competency in spreadsheets
