SGA Network mentoring scheme
Dear members of the SGA Network advisory committee,
We are shortly due to launch a new initiative as part of the SGA Network work programme. Under this initiative we are seeking to facilitate the establishment of up to five mentoring relationships between early-career scientists/researchers working in the field of ecosystem assessments/services, and established assessment practitioners. Applicants will be eligible to receive grants up to the value of $3,500 (USD) to cover any travel and subsistence costs incurred by participating in this mentoring scheme.
We would like to ask if you would be interested in taking part in:
- the selection process of the applicants for this scheme; and
- the distribution/promotion of this opportunity through your institutes and networks.
The invitation letter and application form for this scheme are attached to this message. If you have any questions or comments regarding any of the above, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Many thanks.
Kind regards,
Matthew
